Standard materials for slide valve plates that have been manufactured by a firing process sometimes show poor performance when they are used under challenging conditions. Therefore, Shinagawa has developed a new unfired material with high aluminum content. This new material shows excellent performance and satisfies various customer requirements in Japan.
