I, engaged in the manager of the Kinki Branch, TARJ since 2007 fiscal year, would like to introduce the Kinki Branch and my memories related to the TARJ at first, and next, my present thinkings about refractories. The number of members belonging to the Kinki Branch is about two hundreds and it is average among all of the branches of TARJ. The office of the Branch is in the Ako area near Mitsuishi being famous for producing Roseki (agalmatolite), and there are many refractory manufacturing plants around here including the Bizen area. The area of the KinKi branch characteristically a lot of sightseeing spots, for example, the Kumano Old Road (one of four World Heritages in this area) and the Setonaikai National Park (one of two national parks) with delicious Japanese seafood cuisine. I would like to advice you to take time for enjoying your favorites in our area.
