内容简介With the addition of a small quantity of HGB to nano-tech. refractories of the MgO-C system, the possibility of controlling the sintering properties by means of heat treatment was demonstrated. Conventionally, the relation between strength and modulus of elasticity was regarded as proportional, but with suppression of elastic modulus in spite of the increase of strength together with an establishment of non-linear relationship between strength and elastic modulus, improvements in both thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance have been made possible. This result is to be applied to high performance nano-tech. refractories.
