内容简介In cement rotary kilns, the use of Cr-free brick has been accelerated with the aim of obtaining a chrome-free operation as soon as possible. On the other hand, accompanying the increasing disposal of various industrial wastes in kilns, the wear pattern of bricks has become complicated demanding severe countermea-sures. As mentioned above, spinel brick is superior in its stability against the fluctuation of combustion atmosphere in the kiln, indicating the advantage of Cr-free brick of spinel type in this service condition in comparison with Mg-Cr brick. The usage range of our Cr-free brick has been expanded, and the total rings under operation as of January 2005 amount to 1176 rings, about double that of 2003. We are firmly determined to push forward in an all Cr-free campaign.
