内容简介The flow characteristic of mortar (F/V), that is the ratio of relative flow spread area (F) and relative flow speed in funnel (V), and the Weibull modulus and fluidity of castables were evaluated. The results are summarized as follows(1) The Weibull modulus of castables increased with increasing F/V of the mortar, and it is thought that this indicates improved homogeneity of the castables. One exception was the Weibull modulus for hot bending strength of castable containing silica fume. This was attributed to cracks formed by excessive sintering shrinkage of the fine particle component.(2) The F/V of the mortar component can be increased by lower q-values which correspond to the fine powder quantity and by thickener.(3) The self compacting character of castables is improved by increasing the flow spread value and flow speed with increasing F/V of the mortar.
