内容简介Joint research has been carried out in order to construct an ultra-high temperature furnace which used a cylindrical zirconia heating element. We have redesigned a cylindrical zirconia furnace, a preheating furnace and a control system to attain ultra-high temperature in an oxidizing atmosphere.We have developed a new very economical spread-type cylindrical zirconia ultra-high temperature furnace (LUVOII) which is optimal for study and development.We will give an outline, specifications, temperature measurement to 2000 deg C and change in electrical resistance caused by repeated heating from room temperature to 2000 deg C in this report.
