内容简介Although the surface temperature of a blast furnace (BF) main trough changes due to the tapping/standby cycles, the effect of temperature variation on trough corrosion has not been discussed previously. Hence, the temperature (T) dependence of overall mass transter coefficient (k) of BF trough slag line (SL) castable dissolution into BF slag was estimated by a crucible method corrosion test. Based on the experimental results, k for calculation of corrosion depth, considering temperature variation, were assumed as follows.
