For more than 40 years LINGL offers solutions for the manufacturing of refractory products. LINGL's solutions for the refractories industry started with drying technology and setting and unloading systems for kiln cars. 30 years ago LINGL supplied annealing furnaces for tar-bonded products to leading refractory manufacturers in Europe. LINGL acquired a solid reputation with complete plants for insulating firebricks, starting after the press, with handling equipment as well as dryers and kilns firing up to 1450°C. The first LINGL high-temperature kiln, with a firing temperature of 1750 °C, was sold in 1985 to an English customer. Today LINGL offers complete solutions to the refractory industry from product handling and conveying equipment after the press to car moving equipment, high-temperature tunnel and shuttle kilns and packaging equipment. Smoke gas treatment systems with regenerative or thermal post-combustion complete LINGL's product portfolio for the refractory industry. LINGL kilns are equipped with many special features to achieve optimal energy consumption, best product quality and maximum life expectancy. These process control systems enable production-orientated order management, continuous product tracking, energy monitoring and data acquisition to complete the best software package available today.
