Zhumadian Hengrui High-temperature Energy-saving Material Co., Ltd is located in Zhumadian city, Henan province, is a high-tech company has a diversified development in the industry of high-temperature material. We mainly produce insulating products which aims at providing excellent products and services for society, including ceramic fiber board/ blanket/bulk/ modules/ paper, Ceramic Fiber Vacuum Formed Shapes, high-temperaturebinder,etc. We also offer specific engineering techniques of insulation and engineering services.

Hengrui has advanced manufacturing techniques and technologies of lightweight insulating products. We can produce over 6000 tons products per year include ceramic fiber series products of 1050, 1260, 1350, 1430, and PMF products of 1600 degrees. These products were used in the industries of metallurgy, glass, petrochemicals, machinery, electronics, and spaceflight for insulation and fireproofing, etc.

    恒瑞陶瓷纤维散棉是由高纯度的原料经高温熔融，采用喷吹或甩丝工艺制成的高温耐火纤维。该纤维具有良好的化学稳定性，并能抵抗多数侵蚀性化学物质的侵蚀。制成品即使被油、水或蒸汽浸湿，其耐温及隔热等物理性能仍不会变。纤维棉可进一步加工成纤维毯、毡、板、纸、布、绳等制品。恒瑞陶瓷纤维棉是一种高效绝热材料，具有重量轻、抗氧化、导热率低、柔软性好、耐腐蚀、热容小及隔音等特点。

   Hengrui ceramic fiber bulk is produced by melting the very pure raw materials in high temperature, take use of spun or blowing method with characteristics of stable chemical performance,  resistance to the erosion of most chemicals. The physical property like refractory and insulation keep same when meet with oil,water or steam. Ceramic fiber blanket/ felt/ board/ paper/ cloth/ rope and other ceramic fiber products can be produced by bulk through further processing. Hengrui ceramic fiber bulk is a kind of insulating materials which has these characteristics, such as light-weight, antioxidation, low thermal conductivity, softness, anti-corrosion, low heat capacity, sound insulation and so on.
