内容简介

The properties of three type free baking quick exchange submersed entry nozzle used at 60 t Tundish of Baowu Group were probed, and tracking the use of the situation. The thermal shock resistance is improved by reducing the content of zirconia and increasing the carbon content in the slag line of the submerged entry nozzle. The type C nozzle without preheating and stable service life meets the requirements of the steel plant.
